Dear customers of Camping Illa Mateua,
Given the serious situation that we are experiencing in our country, and the uncertainty of the evolution of events, the Management of the campsite has taken the measures that we will detail below.
1.-Postpone the opening date of the Camping that was scheduled for 28/03/2020.
The campsite will open on 03.07.2020. We will proceed to the opening always following the orders and recommendations of the competent authorities.
If it is not possible to come because the border is closed or your country does not allow it or the campsite is closed, you will have the possibility of obtaining the total devolution of the amount paid.
The campsite management will study extreme cases that have to be canceled on dates outside the camps ’cancellation policy deadlines (see below) for personal reasons linked to Covid-19.
2.-FOR ALL CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE A RESERVATION FOR 2020, YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS:
A.- Postpone the reservation according to availability in the 2020 season.
B.- Save the payment for a reservation in the 2021 season. (This year you can choose this option until 1 week before your arrival)
C.- Return the payment of deposit according to the cancellation conditions that are on the Camping website (10% is charged, with a minimum of € 15 of expenses) and cancel the reservation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Be sure to enclose the reservation confirmation letter and your bank account details for deposit refunding. Cancellation and refund costs are 10% of the down payment with a minimum of €15. Bank fees are applicable. Campsite Illa Mateua has a policy of high standards and in meeting its customers offers the possibility to redeem the reservation for a similar accommodation and for dates suiting the customer upon availability and with a written agreement from the campsite director. This exchange is valid for the season in which the cancelation is made and the following one.
There will be no refund made by the campsite in case of a renunciation after the bungalow key has been handed over.
Once the check-in form is signed during high season in case of a renunciation or partial stay the campsite will charge the total amount of the original booking.

The camping management understands that we are living through an exceptional period, which evolves with each passing day and that it is very difficult to make short-term determinations. We know, but all together, that this is a transitory situation that will pass and that to overcome it all those qualities that are found, above all, in the camper spirit are needed: solidarity, generosity and union.
Greetings and encouragement.
